Policies
Reservation Deposits and Payment Methods
Reservations require a credit card or advance deposit of the guaranteed stay amount. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Checks accepted at check-in with valid ID.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellation after 24 hours will forfeit the rate for one night plus tax.
No Smoking
All rooms and lobby are NO SMOKING. Smoking in a guest room may result in additional cleaning and damage charges. Seating and receptacles are located outside most guest rooms for your convenience.
Pets
Who doesn’t love to travel with their pet? We certainly do, and are delighted to welcome our canine guests to the Maverick Inn.
To accommodate our “non-pet guests”, however, we ask that you follow these guidelines. Please leash your dog at all times. Pets are permitted in guest rooms and out of doors. We ask that they do not visit the Inn’s common areas. Pets should not be left unattended when you leave the Inn for the day. When pets are left unattended during dining and relaxing time at the Inn, they should be crated. The Maverick Inn reserves the right to ask any disruptive dogs to leave and a local kennel or pet sitter will be recommended.
There is a one-time pet fee added to the room rate of $15 for 1-2 night stays, and $30 for stays of 3 nights or more. In addition, if there is damage to the room or excessive cleaning is needed after a pet stay, the Inn reserves the right to charge up to $250 to be used towards necessary cleaning and repair.
Telephone/Internet Access/Fax Service
There are no telephones in the guest rooms. Telephone service is available in the lobby for local calls. Long Distance requires a credit or calling card. Wireless internet access available at no charge in the guest rooms and lobby. There is a computer, printer and internet at the “desk” in the lobby. Fax Service is also available. There is NO CHARGE for these services.
Guest Rooms
Please respect the occupancy limit of each guest room. Rollaways are not available, our apologies or any inconvenience.
Pool/Common Areas
Hours of operation are posted in the pool area. For a gathering, slumber party or other event, please contact the manager at (423) 837-0628 or manager@themaverickinn.com.
