Check-in time begins at 3pm and is located at the Holland Hotel. Check-out is at or before 11am. If you would like more time on the day of your departure, please contact us the night before so we can determine if we can accommodate your request. Unauthorized late check out of 12pm will result in a $50 fee. A second night’s stay will be added on after 12:30pm. Upon check-out, room keys can be left in the drop box inside the lobby of the Maverick Inn.

All hotel guests have complimentary access to the outdoor pool. No glass is allowed in the pool area and it is not heated.

No ADA compliant rooms due to our historical status. All rooms are on the ground level, however.

Guests 21-years or older may book rooms at the Holland Hotel. A valid, government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Parking is available immediately outside our guestrooms.

Quiet hours are from 9pm-10am. No groups are allowed to congregate in public areas during quiet hours on property; please reduce noise levels and close doors quietly.

All pets must be registered upon arrival and kept on a leash when outside of hotel room. All pet waste must be picked up immediately. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time, with the exception of registered service animals. Should a pet display aggression or another guest complain to management about a pet's behavior it is solely at the management's discretion whether the pet be removed from the property. The Maverick Inn assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for the actions of any animal resulting in injury or damages. The Maverick Inn offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. Pet fees are $30 per stay. Pet-friendly reservations can only be made by phone.

Pet waste stations can be found in the courtyard behind the lobby.

The Maverick Inn is a Non-Smoking Property. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas only - located in the courtyard behind the lobby. No Smoking in rooms or under the eave outside the guestroom door. Please note that a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-designated areas per incident.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests may be charged for, or charged cleaning fees for, damaged, destroyed or excessively soiled towels, linens and other soft goods. For full property reservations and in other situations under management’s discretion, a damage and security deposit will be required.

Guests must pay for reservation in full seven days prior to arrival. After that seven day mark the room is non-refundable. Some community event dates and holidays may reflect a 14-day mark. At this time we do not have any other authorizations for the guest upon check-in.
